Duties and obligations
Using Python, TypeScript, Go, Rust, or other comparable technologies, you will be responsible for the engineering and construction of APIs, distributed systems, and backend services that are of production grade.
Create scalable architectures, application programming interfaces (APIs), and AI-driven tools, and then deploy them from the very beginning.
The development and implementation of applications that are based on LLM can be accomplished through the utilisation of frameworks such as LangChain, semantic search, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning (supervised fine-tuning/reinforcement learning).
The construction of backend logic and data pipelines is necessary in order to support intelligent automation and real-time processing systems.
Infrastructure, including relational and graph databases, containerisation, continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, and cloud platforms (ideally Amazon Web Services and Pulumi).
The goal is to write code that is not only clean and efficient but also maintainable, with an emphasis on scalability, stability, and efficiency.
Engage in collaborative efforts with the technical and product teams in order to address complex engineering challenges.

Who You Are
The bare minimum Work experience of at least two years in the field of software engineering, backend engineering, or artificial intelligence engineering.
A proven track record of creating and delivering systems that are ready for production implementation.
A working familiarity with distributed systems, application programming interfaces, database management systems, and cloud infrastructure and infrastructure.
expertise in LLMs, LangChain, RAG, or fine-tuning techniques (SFT/RL), among other areas of expertise.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, together with a proactive and constructive mentality, are required.
