Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product development, negotiate costs with manufacturers, and optimise the supply chain process to manage expenses and inventory levels.

Assist the sales and marketing team in formulating business strategies to attain corporate revenue objectives.

Remain informed about product expertise, the business landscape, and market trends to identify new business prospects.

Comprehend and uphold product specifications while ensuring quality uniformity for the designated product lines.

Evaluate vendor quotations, negotiate expenses, calculate landing costs, and formulate a sales pricing strategy.

Coordinate fresh shipments with vendors to sustain optimal inventory levels and fulfil sales requirements.

Oversee purchase orders and sustain business relationship with vendors, while monitoring and enhancing the order fulfilment process.

Engage with clients for daily order processing, provide sales and promotional strategies, and introduce new items.

Facilitate the processing of client sales orders and liaise with the warehouse and third-party carriers to coordinate order delivery.

Collaborate with the accounting team to guarantee the precision of outgoing vendor payments and the timely receipt of client payments.

Credentials

Bachelor’s degree is necessary; a minimum GPA of 3.0 is desired.

The candidate should be proficient in both spoken and written English. Proficiency in Spanish and/or Mandarin is advantageous.

The position requires robust follow-up and time management skills, along with a meticulous attention to detail.

The individual demonstrates proficiency in establishing rapport and communicating effectively at all levels of the organisation.

The candidate demonstrates competence in prioritising job responsibilities to meet deadlines, ensuring a seamless workflow, and effectively multitasking.

Proficient computer skills are essential, particularly a robust mastery of Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
